  • An outline planning application seeks detailed approval for only the vehicular access into the Site. Shall the outline application be approved, all other matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) will be determined in a future reserved matters application.

  • Yes. Once the application is live on Warwick District Council’s planning portal, you can submit comments during the statutory consultation period.
